64 M EUR Invested in First Business Park in Plovdiv City
‘Prime Property BG' invests 64 million EUR in the constructions of the first Business Park in the city of Plovdiv (Central South Bulgaria). The business park will includes 4-5 storey modern buildings with offices and trade areas, underground parking lots, restaurants and supermarkets.It is expected that many companies, most of which foreign will accommodate in Plovdiv's first Business Park that will open many new work places. още »

Vietnam Wants to Import Bulgarian Wine and Rose Oil
Vietnam wants to become one of the most important business partners to Bulgaria, the Standart daily reports. The country insists of buying big part of local wine and rose oil intended for export for the Asian region, informed Pham Quoc Bao Vietnam's Ambassadorto Bulgaria.The Ambassador met with Solomon Pasi, chairman of the Foreign Policy Commission at the Parliament when ther Bulgarian official left for a visit to Hanoi. още »

Mittal Targets Global Steel Unit
Steel tycoon Lakshmi Niwas Mittal has intensifed efforts to take control of Global Steel Holdings Ltd's ailing Kremikovtzi steel mill in Bulgaria. The mill, run by Pramod Mittal - the younger brother of L N Mittal, has seen labour unrest and faces the possibility of being re-nationalised by the Bulgarian government. In a letter to the Bulgarian cabinet, the senior Mittal has pledged to do the needful to restructure the mill and invest enough money to absorb its outstanding liabilities, believed to be around $1 billion. още »

Two Tabacco Factories In Bulgaria On Sale
Bulgarian state decided to sell two factories on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, local Economy and Energy Minister Petar Dimitrov announced this week. The mills located in Plovdiv and Stara Zagora (South Bulgaria), are owned by Bulgaria's former tobacco monopolist Bulgartabac. Bulgarian Loses Serbian Tourists Because of Kosovo

New Modern Yacht Port to be Constructed in Southern Ravda
Super modern yacht port will be built in Ravda seaside village in two years as the project will cost of 30 million EUR, money.bg announced. The port will go 480 meters inside the sea. Its common surface will be over 24, 000 square meters and will accommodate 450 boats. Ministry of Education Launches 24-Hour Educational Channel
According to the 5 year strategy of Bulgarian Educational Ministry for development of informational and communicational technologies, the ministry will make an educational 24 hour TV channel. The channel will be launched by satellite and Internet and could start in 2008. The channel itself is cheap - round 20,000 BGN (10,000 EUR) per month. Round 100, 000 Ukrainians visit Bulgaria yearly with purpose tourism money .bg announced. Round 80,000 million USD is the yearly stock exchange between both countries, the Ukrainian ambassador for Bulgaria Victor Kalnik said on the meeting with the major of Varna Kiril Jordanov.
