Bulgaria is about to launch a new tender for an international bidder to construct a stretch of Sofia's underground railway, Bulgarian Transport Ministry announced on April 2, quoted by Reuters. Sofia's municipality company Metropolitеn will accept offers for the build and overhaul of a 6,5 km, 7-station stretch of the underground until May 27. The constructions of ski centre ‘Mechi chal' starts in one month near Chepelate town (Rhodope Mountains). The project is on the amount of 60 million EUR and will be realized in two steps.The first one foresees the building of 4 seat lift with 2,000 skiers capacity. To Bulgaria will be brought back 103,72 million EUR from the direct payments, stated Agriculture Minister Nihat Kabil.
