Sofia municipality and the European investment bank (EIB) will sign a contract for a long-term loan for the funding of 6.35 km sections from the extension of the subway in Sofia. Mass lay offs have already aleready started, as over 400 people beginning October are jobless in the Plovdiv regoion.
