The Bulgarian-German Consortium “KG Maritime Shipping” bought 70% of the capital of the company “Navigation Maritime Bulgare”.The contract for privatization was signed by the director of the Privatization agency Todor Nikolov and Yavor Iliev – executive director of “KG Maritime Shipping”.
