Bulgaria's Fiscal Position is Stable - BNB
Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) has positive expectations for the economy development during the present and the following year.This was stated by BNB's director Ivan Iskrov before participants in the summer meeting of the Association of the Banks in Bulgaria, which take place in Sandanski town (South - Western Bulgaria).According to his words the state's fiscal position is stable and the tax incomes in the first three months of the year are stable, which is an indicator that the economy activity continues to growth with firm rates. още »

70% of "Navigation Maritime Bulgare" Sold
The Bulgarian-German Consortium “KG Maritime Shipping” bought 70% of the capital of the company “Navigation Maritime Bulgare”.The contract for privatization was signed by the director of the Privatization agency Todor Nikolov and Yavor Iliev – executive director of “KG Maritime Shipping”. The Bulgarian-German Consortium was the only candidate for privatization of 70% of the shipping company which was in compliance with all the competition criteria. още »

"Vorksla Steel" With an Eco-Program for "Kremikovtzi"
We are continuing to act according to the contract for supply of resources to "Kremikovtzi". We are glad from the court's decision to declare the factory insolvent and to appoint a syndic, chosen by us. VAT Reduction by 10% Demanded
The Bulgarian Association of the Food and Drink industry insists on a reduction of VAT for food products, BNR announced. The arguments are that the average value of VAT on foods in the European Union is 6-7%.16% of the income of citizens from the old member states goes for food, statistics reveals. In comparison Bulgarian citizens give 40% of their income for sustenance. още »

Looting of “Kremikovtzi”
Both inventories and extremely important financial-accounting documents are being looted from Kremikovtzi. Electric Company to Increase Prices in 2009
The electric company "CEZ" has issued 2 million invoices in the last 3 months as only 7 thousand reclamations have been made from the company's start in Bulgaria. "Kremikovtzi" Declared Bankrupt
A body of the Sofia city court decreed that "Kremikovtzi" AD is insolvent. A start date of the insolvency and a motion for bankruptcy of the company has been set in the judicial act, news.bg announced.A temporary syndic has been appointed for Kremikovtzi AD. The "Kremikovtzi" press center said that they have been informed for the court's decision, but refused comments for now. още »

Cable Operator "Evrokom" to Acqure "Insait Kom"
The Commission for Consumer Protection permitted the acquisition of direct or indirect independent control by "Evrokom Cable Management Bulgaria" on a separate business of "Insait-Kom". The Commission decreed a preliminary execution of the decision, reads a message from anti-monopoly body.
