Bulgaria's Fiscal Position is Stable - BNB

18.6% Increase of Production Prices of Foods for a Year

Bulgaria and Japan Sign A Loan Agreement
An agreement for loan will be signed today between Bulgaria and the Japanese bank for international cooperation in the Granite Hall of the Council of ministers building.The loan is for funding a project “Establishment and development of new container terminals at the harbours of Burgas and Varna”. Record Investments in Kotooshu's Village in Bulgaria
The village of Dzhulyunitsa in the region of Veliko Tarnovo, more famous as the birthplace of the Bulgarian Kaloyan Mahlyanov – popular in Japan as Kotooshu, has won several projects, which will bring the biggest amount of investments in the history of the place. Biggest Housing Price Increases in Kyustendil, Plovdiv and Smolyan
Plovdiv and Smolyan are in the top three on apartment price increase among the regional cities in the country, statistical data from the second quarter of the year shows. In Smolyan the prices of housing have increased by 12,7% compared to the previous three months of 2008. Chinese Luoyang To Build a 120 Million EUR Glass Plant in Bulgaria
In 18-20 months the Bulgarian town of Razgrad will again have a plain glass plant.
