Private Dutch company ‘Redstone' plans to invest 36 million EUR in the construction sites of a trade centre - mall in the city of Blagoevgrad (South Western Bulgaria). The open area of the project foresees to be 20,000 sq m and the parking lot will posses with round 600 park places. Bulgaria is about to auction a mobile phone licence by the end of July that will allow the launch of a 4th wireless operator in the European Union newcomer, the telecoms regulator said on Tuesday, quoted by Reuters. Round 12 companies showed interest in acquiring the 20-year GSM licence, including Turkish mobile operator Turkcell TCELL.IS. The construction of oil pipeline Bourgas - Alexadroupolis will start within a year, the chairman of political cabinet in Regional Development Ministry Stefan Gunchev declared. The 1000 megawatt 5th energy unit of Kozlodui NPP was stopped for planned annual repairs, after was excluded of Bulgaria's energy system.
