Private Dutch company ‘Redstone' plans to invest 36 million EUR in the construction sites of a trade centre - mall in the city of Blagoevgrad (South Western Bulgaria). The open area of the project foresees to be 20,000 sq m and the parking lot will posses with round 600 park places. Bulgaria is about to auction a mobile phone licence by the end of July that will allow the launch of a 4th wireless operator in the European Union newcomer, the telecoms regulator said on Tuesday, quoted by Reuters. This is the allowed increase for CHEZ - Bulgaria, Konstantin Shushulov, chief of the energy regulator said. The construction of oil pipeline Bourgas - Alexadroupolis will start within a year, the chairman of political cabinet in Regional Development Ministry Stefan Gunchev declared. According to his words, the new pre-projecting examinations for the pipeline effectiveness have to be conformed to the new petrol's prices.
