Bulgarian Builders Turn to Venezuela
There are strong chances Bulgarian firms to realize projects in the constructions field in Venezuela due to the increased demand of real estates in there. This was informed by Stefan Zlatarov, chairman of Bulgarian - Venezuelan Trade Chamber on a meeting with Tsvetan Simeonov, vice-chairperson of Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.Between the both organizations was reached an agreement for exchanging of information for supply and demand by Venezuelan and Bulgarian companies with the business contacts purpose. още »

Equest Sells Hotel “Serdika” in Sofia
Equest Balkan Properties plans to sell the former hotel “Serdika” to Uniqa Real Estateq, informed sgrada.com.The idea to transform the hotel into an office center with trade areas is expected to be preserved. Uniqa Real Estate have already made an advance payment. KG Maritime Shipping Buys Bulgarian Maritime Navigation Co.
Bulgaria's government decided to sell a 70% stake of local Maritime Navigation shipping company to a German-led consortium for the price of 225 million EUR, Bulgarian Premier Sergei Stanishev Announced on Thursday. German RWE Company Confirms Investing in Bulgarian NPP 'Belene'

Waste Treatment Plant Opens in Sofia
A plant for waste treatment was open today in the Sofia district of “Filipovtzi”. ECOBULPACK, an organisation which uses the packages wastes has invested more than 5 million euro in the plant's establishment. The inflation decreases every month since the beginning of the year and a sustainable trend of dropping the prices of alimentary goods can be observed. Public Tender for Reconstruction of Part of Burgas Airport
The concessioner of the Bulgarian airport “Burgas” announced a public tender for an implementor of the rehabilitation of line “A” and an air-strip for taking off and landing. “Fraport” anticipates the reconstruction to include line “A” with an area of 1500 sq. m as well as 100 sq. m of a air-strip serving airplanes' taking off and landing.The company, which will be selected for implementing the reconstruction, should finish it in three months – this is the period the German company gives for completing the work on the air-strip, informs BGNES. още »

Serbians to Make a Fish Processing Plant in Bulgarian Village
A fish processing plant will be built in the Bulgarian village of Hairedin, Vratsa region, informed selo.bg.The village is a municipal center and has one of the highest unemployment rates in Bulgaria.The enterprise will be established by a Serbian company which has already had talks with the municipality and has prepared the necessary documents. Bulgarian “Trakia” Higheway in a Stalemate
Yesterday expired the period in which the Bulgarian-Portuguese consortium had to secure the money and the credit for the beginning of the construction of “Trakia” highway, informed news.bg.This didn't happen, said the Bulgarian minister of regional development and public works Assen Gagauzov in an interview for BTV. Zhevago and Mittal to Contract Only After 'Kremikovtzi' Declare Bankrupt
