Vacation complex with golf playground and Spa center will be built in Pravets town to the middle of 2010. The investment is on the amount of 100 million BGN (50 million EUR) and will be realized by the ‘Teratour services' company.The golf complex will be with common length of 6510 meters and will allow the conducting of international competitions. Private Dutch company ‘Redstone' plans to invest 36 million EUR in the construction sites of a trade centre - mall in the city of Blagoevgrad (South Western Bulgaria). The open area of the project foresees to be 20,000 sq m and the parking lot will posses with round 600 park places. Bulgaria is about to auction a mobile phone licence by the end of July that will allow the launch of a 4th wireless operator in the European Union newcomer, the telecoms regulator said on Tuesday, quoted by Reuters. Round 12 companies showed interest in acquiring the 20-year GSM licence, including Turkish mobile operator Turkcell TCELL.IS. Citizens of Bulgaria's capital of Sofia along with the people located in Western Bulgaria will pay 16% more expensive electricity from July 1. This is the allowed increase for CHEZ - Bulgaria, Konstantin Shushulov, chief of the energy regulator said.
